How to share photos and files

Open the group's Photos & files tab. Switch between Photos and Files at the top. Photos shared in Feed posts are collected here too, in a Feed photos album.

Upload

1. Tap Choose photos (or Choose files) and pick up to 50 at a time.
2. Choose who sees them: Share with everyone, or one Circle only.
3. Add an album or folder name, like "Fall field trip" or "Handbook" (optional).
4. Add a caption (optional).
5. Tap the Upload button. It shows how many you picked.

Good to know

• Photos are resized to save space.
• Files (PDFs, documents, spreadsheets) can be up to 25 MB each.
• Each group can store up to 10 GB. Admins see how much is used at the bottom of the page.
• Everything is private: only people who can see the group or Circle can open it.

Browse

Tap an album or folder name to see just those. Tap a Circle's name to see what was shared with it. Tap a photo or file to open it.

Photos from an event

Once an event has started, its page has a Photos section. Tap Add photos to upload into an album named after the event and its date (a Circle's event keeps its photos in that Circle). The event page shows the latest ones.

Delete

Tap Delete on a photo or file you uploaded. Admins can delete anyone's.

Please share photos of other people's children only with their parents' OK. If you see a photo of your child you'd rather not have shared, ask the person who posted it or a group Admin to delete it, or contact support.
