How to choose what other families see

Your directory listing is what other families in your groups see on their Families tab. Parents choose what's shared.

Edit your listing

1. Open My family and find Your directory listing.
2. Add About your family (optional): interests, curriculum, what you're looking for. Up to 500 characters.
3. Add a Phone number (optional).
4. Under Who sees what, pick Everyone in my groups, Group Admins only or No one for each part:
   • Students' first names and ages
   • About your family
   • Phone
   • Parents' email addresses
   • Birthdays (on your groups' calendars; see How to track birthdays)
5. Tap Save listing.

What's always shown

Your household name, parents' names and city or area are always shown to families in your groups.

To start with

Students' names and ages and your note are shown to everyone in your groups. Phone, email and birthdays are hidden until you choose to share them.

Your choices apply in every group your family belongs to.
