How to send announcements and see who has read them

Leaders, Admins and Owners can post announcements. They're for things everyone needs to see.

Post an announcement

1. On the Feed, tap the post box and write your message.
2. Pick Everyone or a Circle.
3. Tick Announcement.
4. Tap Post.

An announcement is pinned to the top of the Feed and emailed to everyone it's for right away, whatever their email settings.

See who has read it

Under the announcement, tap Read by N of M. You'll see who hasn't opened it yet. An announcement counts as read when someone opens the Feed with it on screen.

Remind people by email

Under Read by, tap Remind them by email. Only people who haven't read it get the reminder. You can send one reminder every 12 hours.

Members see a badge like "2 new announcements" next to the group on their Home page.
