How to contact support and suggest features
Ask a question, follow your requests, and vote for what we build next.
Help & support and What's coming are at the bottom of every page on a computer, and in the menu under your initial (top right) on a phone.
Contact support
- Open Contact support.
- Tell us what you need, or what isn't working. Include the group name and what you tapped if you can.
- Send it. We usually reply within a day or two.
You can also email info@gatherings.school.
Follow your requests
Open My requests to see what you've asked and our replies. Each request has a number, like #1001. You can reply there, or mark it resolved.
See what's coming
What's coming shows what we're building next and what's just been released. Tap I want this on the things that matter most to you. It helps us decide what to build first.
