What it means when a group or account is suspended
Why a group shows "Suspended", and what to do about it.
A suspended group
If a group breaks our Terms of Use, we may suspend it. It shows a Suspended badge on your Home page, and nobody can open it. Its email notifications stop too.
If you run the group and think it's a mistake, contact support.
A suspended account
If your own account is suspended, you'll see "Your account is suspended" when you sign in, and you can't use Gatherings. If you think this is a mistake, email info@gatherings.school.
A group that says "Waiting for approval"
That isn't a suspension. It means the group's Admins haven't let your family in yet. See How to join a group.
