Your program's website (Campus)

A public website built from your classes, staff and events, with an About page, FAQ, contact form and your own pages, on your own domain if you like.

Programs with Campus get a website. Administrators set it up on the Website tab.

What's on it

  • Home: your headline, the description, logo and cover from Settings, when and where you meet, the ESA platforms you accept, and what's coming up.
  • About: what you write in About page.
  • Classes: this term's and upcoming terms' classes, with times, ages, teachers, prices, supplies and spots left. It stays current as you change classes.
  • Staff: names, titles and the notes staff wrote on the Staff tab.
  • Events: events your Leaders mark public.
  • FAQ, Contact, and any pages you add (tuition, statement of faith, tours…).

It never shows your families, students, enrollments or posts. With your public page on, a Join us button takes new families to Ask to join.

Set it up (Administrators)

  1. Open Website. Tick Publish the website, add a headline and an About page, choose which pages to show, and add FAQ questions.
  2. Under More pages, tap Add a page for anything else. Order sets where it sits in the menu.
  3. Tap Save website. It's at app.gatherings.school/site/your-group.

Your own domain

Type it under Your own domain and save. At your domain registrar, add the two records the page shows (a CNAME for www and an A record), and Gatherings support connects it, usually within a day.

Messages

The contact form emails your Administrators and office staff (reply straight from the email) and lists messages under Messages on the Website tab. Tap Done when you've answered one.

Up to date as of October 31, 2026.
