Report cards (Campus)

A printable report card for each student each term: classes, teachers, attendance and the grades and comments teachers shared, which parents can add to their transcript.

Programs with Campus have report cards. Open Classes and tap Report cards.

What's on it

Pick a term and a student and tap Show. The report card has the program's name, the term's dates, and each class the student was enrolled in: the teacher, how many days they attended out of the days marked, and every grade and comment the teacher shared with the family. The grade shown big beside a class is its term grade: the latest one titled like "Term grade", "Final" or "Semester", or else the latest grade.

Tap Print to print it or save it as a PDF.

Teachers: to put a term grade on report cards, add a grade titled "Term grade" (or "Final") under Grades and comments on the class's page, and leave it shared with the family. See co-op classes.

Who can see it

Parents see their own students. Administrators and office staff can pick any student enrolled that term. Private notes teachers didn't share never show.

Add it to your transcript (parents)

Tap Add to my Records transcript to add each class to your student's transcript for the school year the term starts in, with its term grade and the program's name. Classes already on the transcript for that year are skipped, so it's safe to tap again. You can change credits and levels in Records.
